By using Kourt, you agree to these terms. Kourt provides a platform for finding and sharing basketball courts. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Users are responsible for all content they share through the app, including court locations, photos, and reviews. Kourt is not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to users who violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

Data Storage and Security

We use Supabase to store user data securely. Your data is protected with industry-standard security practices and stored within the European Economic Area (EEA).

If we transfer your data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR requirements, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
